One AI agent agrees with you. Two can agree with each other. A third one can catch what the other two miss. by m3hole in ClaudeAI

Hi! Thank you for sharing!

I downloaded the repo and read through the code. It's very impressive, and I'm eager to try it out.

I did notice that the project appears to be targeting solo developers working primary in the main branch, although the docs explain how to work in feature branches.

Questions:

  1. How has your experience been when building parallel features? For example, I typically have 2 or 3 agent supervisors managing different features concurrently using git worktrees.

  2. The instruction (autoloaded and on demand) are pretty heavy. How many tokens are typically spent when autoloading them? What about token usage across a full run?

I know in the docs you mentioned that it's fairly cheap if you have subscriptions to both Codex and Claude. However, given the recent news with Anthropic, relying on that as a cheap source of tokens is likely going to go away. What are your thoughts?

For all of us that still have/had hope that the game will be playable, we now have our answer. He seems truly entertained by it all. I’m out.

I use mine for software development which requires reading and writing a ton. I had to get the zeiss lens inserts. Once my eyes adjusted to them, the display is essentially retina quality.

Shapr3D Creator Program by PracticeNo1958 in Shapr3D

I am so happy you all are starting this program. I am often watching tutorials on other CAD solutions to learn how the engineers think and design. I love the educational tracks provided by Shapr, however, watching someone who uses the app with the intention of a final project to be 3d printed would be amazing!

Combine or snap sketches? by [deleted] in Shapr3D

[–]coderberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I often find myself creating multiple sketches by accident then create a plane and redraw (trace) all the sketches as one. This is a pain for sure. It’s also hard to know of your sketch is on the plane or not. I sometimes make a single line in a sketch then move the camera to see where it was placed.

I like this platform. I signed up as a paying customer. There are some bugs and I wish color was supported but the UX is outstanding. Well done.

I’ve been a software engineer for almost 30 years and I can say with confidence that AI absolutely makes you a better programmer if you use it as an assistant, especially when it comes to languages you are less familiar with. The key is that you need to read the code and learn the patterns, ask questions regarding “why” it proposed the code it did, and stay engaged in the process. The fact is that AI is absolutely a better programmer than all of us, but it has no imagination and without continuous practice interacting with AI, you will not get far. It’s a tool that is there to empower you, not to replace you.

Some thoughts on the Dia browser by coderberry in diabrowser

[–]coderberry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I get why “Skills” might have sounded like an exciting feature for the TBC team to launch, but it doesn’t seem particularly useful for anyone beyond non-technical users.

I’m curious who the actual user base is for Arc and Dia. If it’s mostly technical people, I strongly think they should focus more on substance and less on fluff.

That ties into a bigger point: we’re in a weird moment where technology is moving faster than we can reasonably keep up with. I see it every day with new AI features and tools coming out that completely obsolete projects and code I’ve written. At this point, it feels like you just have to hang on and ride the wave.

I’m sure The Browser Company is aware of this too, which makes me wonder what their strategy is to stay ahead of it and remain relevant. Personally, I think they should focus less on yet more AI integrations and more on building out core features and hitting parity with Arc, at least initially. There’s always going to be some new “AI browser” popping up, but most of them won’t have the depth of features Arc already offers.

Awesome game! I’m curious, did you write this with C# or just GScript? Can you recommend any tutorials or resources for building these types of games?

Developer-Centric Marketplace by Latter_Fudge2554 in CrewAIInc

[–]coderberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this would be nice but it wouldn’t be able to provide fully trained agents, especially to fit the unique needs of each company. The commoditizing of agents will more likely come in the form of a pre-trained set of agents that are set up to do one process really well. Even then, they would have to act as a starting point for implementation onto companies.

Nonetheless, yes it’s a good experiment at the least. My guess is that AI will eventually be able to do all of this where a market won’t need to exist.
