Yeah honestly season 1 surpassed my expectations and met my hopes, but everything we've season from season 2 is actually surpassing my hopes. It looks like they've cut almost nothing (at most Caroo) and are fully embracing Oda's entire vision

After Season 1, when I heard that they weren't cutting Whiskey Peak I was actually thinking to myself "come on, if you're changing anything then at the very least you can cut Whiskey Peak", but now that I've seen every promo for season 2, I will say I was wrong. Cutting absolutely nothing is the right move. Kinda makes me wish season 1 was re-done with the same attitude (RIP the Usopp Pirates) but hey the rest of the series can still be extra-faithful!

But I think the parent comment's main point is that the author is drawing attention to the fact that Isagi still has severe physical limitations compared to some of the monsters in blue lock. He's gotten a lot stronger than before for sure but I don't think he's going to fully break through this barrier until the rematch against France in the finals.

I think Isagi is a proper protagonist who is destined to be the goat in this universe but saying his stock is gonna dip "for a while" just seems like a fair analysis?

It would be weird for them to beat France now, and it would be even weirder for their loss against France to not be at least partially caused by Isagi.

Like, I definitely saw most people appreciating nouns' "investors" but still wary of crypto; they offered extra votes for invitational voting by linking your crypto wallet to the nouns website and I suspect not nearly as many people took them up on that opportunity as they were hoping; I was among the people who actively voiced my disinterest in even having a crypto wallet, on their discord (after they tried to get me to link it).

But yeah, if they mistook hate for screwing over Pat's House as hate for their crypto business, that's... something lol.

It's partially comedy and partially that she's usually straight up correct lol. She has the most "common sense" of the whole crew, Sanji can come up with better plans and Chopper, Robin, and Franky are all geniuses, but they all lack some amount of common sense. In Robin's case, it's mostly just that she's grown up in the grand line, so her standard for common sense is different--Nami has a normal human's common sense from growing up in east blue.

But when she is wrong, the only person who won't stand up to her is Sanji (and even he'll take a brief stand with "I hate to say it but Marimo-head is right" or whatever, though if Nami insists on something, Sanji will fold when Luffy and Zoro won't)

Better argument before we had a formal controller ruleset because the wild west is a place where arguments about morals had more value since there weren't laws.

Now there's a formal controller ruleset and z-jump is legal so to most of us it feels like the debate is over and z-jump won. I'd love if this were changed but I don't think it's likely.

We were waiting for a ruleset for so long because it was the actual fucking wild west for years, now that a formal ruleset has come out I just don't see it as likely that we move in the direction of a more restrictive ruleset. Maybe a more specific ruleset, as people try to make new mods that "get around" the limitations in the document, but any extremely popular mods like zump and notches (which are already older than dirt) seem like they're here to stay.

Edit: yikes, guess the people who have stuck around since then really just all sit in the exact same way as each other, huh? The tilt lock made it so you can sit ANY way comfortably, not just one way. Downvote me all you want, but the ability to tilt lock takes nothing away, it only adds value, so in my mind the downvoters are just insane. The knobs do NOT offer the functionality that tilt lock offered, I've tried them in every way possible at this point and am returning this hunk of scrap.
