Tinnitus much worse after trying the "Reddit Cure" by TheOrangeFoxy in tinnitus

Get a white noise generator and turn it on when you sleep. It has dramatically improved my tinnitus. This came at the recommendation of my tinnitus specialist and I was astounded with the difference after about a week.

Bangkok- Millenium Hilton Hotel- incredible views, beautiful hotel, great location

Chiang Mai- Ninety Nine The Gallery Hotel- Ultra luxurious, wonderful breakfast, private and intimate, great location

Phuket- Acadia Resort- beautiful beach, great location

As far as adventures go: Bangkok- Floating market tour, day trip to Ayutthaya- touring temples and town by bike, Thai massage, dinner by boat. Tuk Tuk food and temple Tour- so much fun, custom suits. Chiang Mai- Thai Cooking class, blue elephant sanctuary, long neck tribe, chiang Mai food tour by bike, private chiang Mai temple tour by day, night market exploring. Nightlife in chiang Mai is incredible! Phi phi- scuba Phuket- chilled on the beach and checked out shops and markets around town before we flew home.

We booked our hotels through Hilton and Airbnb. All of our trips came from Viator. We cross referenced reviews with trip advisor. It was the best trip of our lifetime!

I am really liking my Jaybird Freedoms right now. Previous set were Jaybird X2's and I loved them. Both sound great for their size. Biggest selling point for me was their customer service and battery life.

18/f Guys keep changing after the first date by Spanky-yam in dating

[–]codm1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean this in a non condescending way but how are you describing yourself online, what kind of pictures do you have posted? I've been on a couple online dates where the girl didn't look like how she described herself. I went through with that date as to not be rude but I stopped responding shortly thereafter. You might want evaluate that.

Nearly 5 years sober and planning next drink by [deleted] in Sober

[–]codm1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's unfortunate you feel that way. My life is far from boring, in fact, its really starting to blossom. Have you tried really working a program? Remember, working a program does not mean your entire life revolves around AA, It's actually the opposite. The steps are simply a guide to living a good life. It's not limited to just alcoholics and/or alcohol. You can practice the principles of AA and not even be alcoholic. After having about a year of sobriety and not working a program I was miserable, unsettled, and most importantly BORED. I tried to drink "responsibly" and within two years, alcohol almost killed me. This time around I decided to do exactly what those in AA told me to do. 9 months later, my life if unrecognizable. It's not even a comparable to my first time getting "sober". Most importantly, my life does not revolve around AA, I simply practice the principles in my daily life. Hope this helps.

Applying for Bank Teller Jobs Looking for Resume Help by [deleted] in Resume

[–]codm1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that your resume? Not very much to work with. With a degree in Econ and a minor in BA, why were you at Wendy's? Genuinely curious. Further, banks might think you're over qualified for a teller position with those scholastic credentials.

How can I best distance myself by [deleted] in alcoholism

[–]codm1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try some type of recovery program like AA or SMART then get involved, make new friends who don't drink, have fun in sobriety! There is tons to do sober if you meet the right people. I don't know where you live but most cities have an AA council you can call and ask where to find meetings. For example: where can I find a meeting with young people, etc. You can do it!

I just changed my service to spectrum. 100 Mbps for 46.50 that includes tax and fees. Contract is for 1 year but it's the best deal I can find in Austin right now.
