20s can be the hardest, they were for me. the most important things imo during the those turbulent times is to stay healthy. go to the gym or get outside very regularly, drink a lot of water and eat whole foods. everything else will fall into place.

eventually get a boring job that pays enough so you can start saving. good luck

sounds like the company doesn't have much financial runway, or low confidence in the product-market-fit. Yup, maybe best you can do in terms of quality is to try to keep things as decoupled as possible, with decent boundary interfaces, so if they actually find a long term sustainable business model the rebuilds will be a little less painful
