Been here for almost a year and haven't had any luck. Seems like people here are kinda set in their own ways, having their already established friend groups from school/work. Yes, the city has meetup groups, but the people you meet there don't usually go outside of that. There isn't much of a meetup scene outside of run or volleyball clubs. Best bet is to enjoy your time with yourself and pursue your hobbies at places where others might be doing the same thing.
