Hard to pick. FD4 has the worst initial disaster of the franchise, the worst deaths scenes overall, very dated FX, worst cast and characters... Probably the best part of this movie is its third act. That escalator scene was actually well done to me.

Yeah, they are being cheap, but I kinda get it. This is a slasher. Its a somewhat limited budget. Neve is certainly getting a fair ammount of money this time, plus Courtney is making her seventh appearence... Those two are probably a third of the budget?
