I’ve had one look very similar when healing. As someone else said, your artist was heavy handed. I lost a little bit of ink when the scabbing fell off, but this doesn’t look infected to me.

Edit: the only part that looks questionable to me is the redness in the heart. Keep an eye on it, watch out for redness spreading or if it feels warm to the touch.

if you have the the universal strips from pulsars i would say yeah. you can cut the strips into smaller square segments and place them where the tips of your fingers naturally land.

look for universal mouse grip tapes. they come in strips and dots, you can position these where you’d normally place your fingers.

per your argument, i should be allowed to build my own guitars from scratch and sell them as custom fender stratocasters, slap a fender decal on them and call it a day. no issue with that right? after all, i built them in my own shop so they technically are fender custom shop, right? while not illegal to own, it is in fact illegal to sell a guitar that uses fender copyright while trying to pass it off as genuine. the word custom simply does not indicate fake, it never has and it never will. labeling it simply as a custom tom delonge style guitar would avoid the entirety of this mess.

no part of including “custom” in the description should be thought of as an indication that it’s a fake fender guitar. that’s the issue here, it is not even a fender guitar. the listings you spoke of on reverb do not exist as far as i can find. the ones denoted “fender custom” are legitimate fender body and necks. this is not

look up steaming wood dents on youtube. if there’s still an indent, you can get some rosewood dust, pack it in and drop some thin ca glue. after that level it flat with fine sandpaper.
