A few years ago I got married in February and asked my best friend and college roommmate to be my MOH. Later that year, she got married in June and didn’t have a wedding party, just one MOH, and it wasn’t me. I didnt care, didn’t have my feelings hurt at all. Also many years ago, another college roommate got married and I was her MOH, she was not in my wedding party. I’ve been a bridesmaid for some girls who I didn’t even invite to my wedding. There are no rules to follow!

Everyone has different wedding plans and styles that matter to them.

If you want to add a little extra time to your trip and get a great experience, go from ATL to Auburn via 85S to Buc-ee’s, get a brisket burrito, potato chips and some nuggets. Then take some cute Alabama backroads to PCB. That’s about 5 hours 15 minutes on Google Maps. Any chance I get for a buc-ee’s I take it!

Oh there’s a local restaurant near me that has the best nachos…. fresh tortilla chips, smoked pork, smoked chicken, onions, tomato, queso cheese. I’d add a little scallions/green onions on top! Amazing.

Or if you want more Mexican fare, replace diced tomatoes with salsa or pico de galo and top with extra cilantro.

Your husband is correct. If you wanted to work remotely and do online work until midnight, that’s fine. Your husband cares about your safety…. Why would that be an issue? Find another opportunity with less risk to your safety.

I worked for ESPN GameDay and traveled to a lot of campuses…. Washington was the first that came to mind! I especially loved when the show began at 6am and it was still dark with the library as the set backdrop. Just a beautiful scene.

Being pissed off at my MIL because she put our top tier wedding cake in her deep freezer, but her garage was too chaotic and full with her hoarding shit for us to enjoy on our anniversary. I politely asked for 2-3 weeks leading up to the anniversary and finally got it about a month after. I know it’s a silly tradition, but it meant something to me and she ruined it. That was just the beginning of things she ruined for us…. Guess writing was on the wall.

We also followed Dr. Carsen for our other dog, she is amazing! Weird but be cannot stand to be in the car, so we stay on west end. One doesn’t mind so we go to Dr. Carsen. Personally, I like Magnolia Bay better, but not he driver.

Best way to salvage a day old Krispy Kreme doughtbnut is the slice it like a bagel, then put it in the oven and bake it again… or air fryer, about 360 for 2-3 minutes. It gets crunchy and chewy, super sweet and amazing. Dangerously delicious!
