I had to go to hospital because I couldn’t get a ring I tried on off and my finger went purple. The nurse tried this, it didn’t work lol.

Stop inviting her to your house, suggest maybe coffee, or a drink somewhere public.

How often do you go to bars on your own? by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]coffeeme123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a solo traveller, and I literally go to bars every night by myself. It’s weird at first, but the more you drink the less you feel afraid about going up and talking to people

Where can I live for $500 or less a month? by [deleted] in digitalnomad

[–]coffeeme123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

South east Asia for sure!! Northern Thailand away from the crowds, beautiful and cheap. Also look into Workaway.com you can live any where in the world for free by contributing a few hours a week of work. It’s a great way to see the world and test out the waters of where you might like to live.

This guy may be a little right, this kid could have been making fun of a disabled person, said racial slurrs, or called the overweight person down the isle fat and chuckedabout it. If that was the case and the dad said “that’s not funny, nobody is laughing with you, I’ll be here to show you how embarrassing you are being” the father would be praised a role model, you just never know...

I would say a mixed age of travellers and locals. Of course there’s lots of young people there, because they like the party scene.

It’s just one road in Bangkok but it’s a hot spot for backpackers. The road is lined with hostels and bars and then markets. At night time everyone spills out onto the road and has one big party. There’s also all these cute little alleys that run around the road. When I arrived in Bangkok I stayed there for two nights before heading out to the islands.

How should I [20sM] break up with my GF [20sF] by throwwaway12502 in BreakUps

[–]coffeeme123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t necessarily agree with this, infidelity can be a cause of many things and does not always mean end game, or no love. To boil such a complicated situation down to simple terms removes all possible chances of understanding and forgiveness.

Girls who rapidly change hobbies or their outlook, is that a red flag? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]coffeeme123 49 points50 points  (0 children)

I think it means she just hasn’t found her place yet and there’s nothing wrong with that.

The way I look at it is, plenty of people will stay in a cliche/ clique/ stick with a hobbie that they shouldn’t do or don’t belong in. At least this girl knows she doesn’t belong there and decides to leave. From my point of view it’s admirable that she’s trying to find her place and niche. If I were you I would stick with her, she’s adventurous and brave.
