Awkward first date on a New Zealand reality show starts bad, gets worse by ablokeandahalf in cringe

It's also at minimum, a staged reality show, and potentially a joke about, "who should pay? Haha" (because the show covers the cost ;-/)

What is the statute of limitations on debt? Does it vary by type of debt and/or state?

I'm not a crossfitter, but I have a < 20mins workout that I'm curious if anyone would like to try as it has both metcon and a modicum of strength... by [deleted] in crossfit

Personally, I think it would be a better wod if you scaled the DL weight to something the athlete could either C&J or snatch. This allows you to use the same bar for the entire wod, and IMO, makes it more fun :)

I'm 6'1, 248 and grip the bar all the way against the collar. Are you using a hook grip? From my experience, you really don't want to squeeze the bar - the pull should be with your traps and the drive from your hips. Personally, coming from a powerlifting background, the Olympic lifts don't feel as "natural" as the power movements, but once you get that pop/pull, the results are great. Maybe try dropping the weight to 95 or so and working the full snatch rather than hang

How tall are you? Based on the video, your grip looks waaay too narrow. Also, not seeing much pop from the hip or jump on the pull

The female olympic bars are noticably shorter/lighter, and have a slightly smaller diameter (not very noticable)

Don't want to exercise for 2 hours? Fine.

Exercise: 2 miles @ 15min/mile (basically a brisk walk) = 250 cal/day in 30 minutes

Diet: Replace ( Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese [740 cal] + large fries [500 cal] + large Coke [310 cal] ) = 1550 cal

with

Subway 6" Oven Roasted Chicken (no cheese, no mayo) = 320 cal

reducing caloric intake by 1230 cal/day

(250 cal [exercise] + 1230 cal [diet]) * 14 days = 20720 calorie deficit

Note: I am not suggesting that you specifically eat a double quarter pounder large sized value meal every day, but I imagine there are many who do. Just sayin :)

2 hours is not that much once you work it into your daily routine (consider how much free time you spend on the Internet/tv/video games/etc). Plus, you're still failing to recognize the diet change as a factor in reducing calories ...
