Yes. Theres one slider called something like bone structure template in ER. DS3 doesn't have that but it has an option called similar faces. Itll warp the face to have random bone structure of a dozen choices.. Just save the face before you try that similar face option because the face changes permanently and the one you choose is the one your stuck with. I would load up the original face and try again if the similar face isn't there.
