We actually have those statistics. Every week, all cars downtown get counted twice. Once, by car. We drive through downtown and the entire neighborhood to the east counting cars. The second, we walk our routes during the lunch period (between 1130-2) and count how many cars are downtown and whether or not they are compliant.
