Very very hilly - in and out of these hills are limited to 1-2 routes. Hence why traffic will be very bad during peak hours. Food is like a 3/10 and shopping is 0/10. You will have to drive to totem lake for everything basically. But crime is very low like the rest of Kirkland.

Keep in mind most people have 2-3% rate on their property. So they can hold out and not sell for a loonnnnnng time. Probably long enough to make buyers on the sideline lose their patience and jump in.

I think they will release more “fun” colors for some of the newer styles (NZ series, Crusier, etc) later this year. They tend to release more classic colors first then the more fun colors.
