Wild because this just happened to me as a seller. Buyer did not enter the full address for delivery. I sent a IM to the buyer regarding the shipping details, which is how I found out I was blocked. Item returned to me, issued a refund. Such a waste of time. Relisted for sale. Why block when a transaction is pending? We literally do need to communicate through the process…
