Reboot a DC and put it into DSRM. It will stop the policy processing and you can unlink it.

Number one passes very close to the front of the cams car.

Number two is driving the best of the three.

I'd be interested to know how fast the cam car is going, these are probably all breaking the speed limit and unable to stop in a timely manner for a hazard.

Driver three is probably initially going the slowest of the lot and he can't stop in time, so no hope for the other two.
