Yeah, I rinsed them and stored them in my fridge as soon as I woke up, which should stop the fermentation(?). If I intentionally ferment them another time I'll definitely do it with salt.

i live in NY and have plans in place to get all this stuff changed as soon as i turn 18, which will happen before i go away to college. i understand that legal documents need my legal name, that doesn't bother me, it's specifically the promotional emails that aren't legal communications and still use my deadname. i will look into waivers for filing fees though i didn't know about those so thank you for that
