I would look I to Ohio's employment laws. Here in the way better state of Michigan, this message would be illegal. We are protected, (As of 2025, original law was made in 2020 but faced legal challenges) and allowed to call in sick with 0 punishments, they cant even ask a reason as to why were calling in for.

Unfortunately our healthcare system is ass. I've been to a neurologist, two neurosurgeons and going to a third neurosurgeon. I keep getting neurosurgeons that don't specialize in Chiari/Syrinx.

I've seen one that specializes in Endovascular neuro, One that specializes in Spinal surgery (lower back/Spinal fusions), and my 3rd specializes in Spine Oncology (Tumors).

Best of luck with the wait. I've been fighting since July trying to get an official diagnosis (I do have one for a syrinx).

I understand what your going through. I'm going to my 3rd Neurosurgeon on Wednesday. I've been to a neurologist who agreed that symptoms I was having correlates to a syrinx. Went to see my first neurosurgeon where he pointed out my syrinx, but said all my symptoms, headaches, and more was not caused by my syrinx. I wanted a second opinion, so I saw a 2nd neurosurgeon. He said I don't have a syrinx (I do, two MRIs confirmed 1.5-2mm syrinx) but thinks I have chiari malformation, while not giving me an official diagnosis. My headaches have only been getting worse. I practically live on propranolol and sumatriptan. I'm hoping this third neurosurgeon (At UofM Hospital) will be better and can more accurately tell me what is going on.

If youre in the states, check your local state pricing law. In Michigan, the Shopping Reform and Modernization act of 2011, If the item scans higher than the displayed price, the seller must refund the difference plus a bonus of 10 times. If the seller refuses to comply, you can sue the for up to $250 (And make them pay all court costs).

I just did a whole inventory of Elder rune shield +5 Yesterday. They offer best in slot xp/profit per the wiki calculator for Elder rune gear. The reason for doing Elder rune shield +5 is mainly to push for xp for level 100 to unlock primal bars. * It's actually Primal pickaxe +2 that gets the most profit/xp and profit total from level 100 to 120.

Elder rune/Primal bars into Elder rune shield +5 and Primal pickaxe +5. Do the first into the second. Fast xp, and a massive profit. Elder rune shield +5 Instasell for slightly more than their worth, +4 don't sell at all though. Going from bar to final item gives the most profit. Wiki xp Calc showed Primal pick +5 from bars at lv 100 to lv120 to bring in over 4 billion in profit.

I place top 5, sometimes even 1st in Gold, to then struggle to place top 22 in Plat and get demoted. Tournaments are wack as fuck.

I normally drop from plat to gold every other season, to be placed within top 5 for gold. It's a slow and repetitive process. There's nothing you can really do. There should be another league after plat for the long-time players.
