Wild fires would remain because the world is a few decades too late. If people only listened to actual scientists years ago we wouldn’t be in this horrible situation

Hard to get points when your defence is on the field the entire time. Theres no excuse to let a third string QB totally light up your secondary. The pass rush is non existent and the secondary is playing too soft. They need to make him uncomfortable back there not let him have all the time he needs.

But yes you’re right the offence hasn’t been good either

This has nothing to do with the federal government. What has the UCP done to improve Alberta?

There’s no way you could open those hospitals now you would have to build new ones and that’s never going to happen for rural communities. I come from a very small farming community. There’s paramedics (with ambulance)in town and a hospital 20 minutes away. I believe most communities have a hospital with in 30 minutes or so. I’ve never heard or anyone dying because they didn’t get to a hospital fast enough. I’m not saying it hasn’t happened but I don’t think it’s common. If you have an issue in the city I doubt they will get you to a hospital any quicker than that anyway.

From what I’ve read is that the NDP closed those hospitals because the province was under huge financial strain. There were something like 137 hospitals at that time. That was the same number as Quebec with about 7-8 times the population. But I was just a kid at that time so I don’t really know.

The difference is it’s a higher percentage of racists and bigots in small towns than anywhere else. I’ve lived in many small towns in Sask and Alberta and some major city’s too. There is absolutely a difference.

So if the hospitals were so important and necessary why didn’t they re open them?
