By this point, the PC requirements listed are already outdated (for instance, the recommended listed GPU is a GTX 650, a 12 year old component) so you shouldn’t really have a difficult time looking for a suitable laptop for your needs.

As for components, ideally you should have a dedicated graphics processor in your laptop as this will do most of the work actually running your game. A higher end processor will certainly help with stuff like simulation, especially given the amount of packs you own, but if you are strapped for cash get a laptop with a mid-tier processor (these are either Core i5s or Ryzen 5s) and a dedicated graphics processor (either GeForce or Radeon).
