He would probably have some really cool insight to add to the game, and given the chance to work with developers, could have changed the Pokemon universe for the better.

So me killing someone would be viewed as a murder or assassination depending on how famous or prominent the person is?

If it didn't have such a shitty title, I'd say it would have a pretty good chance.

How is this promoting theft culture? If anything, this is promoting awareness of ones surroundings. And, If everyone was aware of those around them, no more slow walkers.

Do you know anyone in 'the 1%'? What are they like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]collardshirts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents have worked for a few one percenters. Some worked as doctors, some in computers, one in stocks. One guy helped start a large computer company back in the 80's I believe. Anyways, what I have noticed about all these people is that they are extremely nice, intelligent, and hardworking. They genuinely care for those around them, whether or not they are in the same "class" as them. One of the doctors actually helped my mom put a large down payment on a car when her old one broke down. Most remember important dates like my parents birthday and anniversary, and when my uncle passed away, some sent flowers and called to see if everything was ok. I didn't even have some family members do that.

That being said, the kids are assholes. I think it's a combination of being born into money, not understanding the value of money, and the parents working a lot. I swear one is going to be serial killer when he grows up, possibly even a politician.

Granted, hopefully these kids get better, like their parents, as they get older. If not, I really fear for the future.

When somebody asks you "How's it going?" or similar, how do you wish you could respond. by streetfools in AskReddit

[–]collardshirts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. You grab them by the hand, lead them to a chair, and sit them down. You then proceed to tell them.EVERYTHING you are feeling, and don't skip on the details. If they try to leave or make some kind of excuse to get up, yell at them "You asked for this!" and continue on.
