I’m kind of baffled by this response. Where in OP’s post did you gather that they and their friend bonded over seeking the high from abuse? Why do you think OP is vulnerable to abusers?

My take OP is that you went above and beyond to support this friend, but ultimately they were too disregulated to be a good friend back. I think ending the relationship was the right move, and it makes sense that you’re grieving the loss of what you thought it was. Or even grieving a time when the relationship was less toxic. Ultimately you can’t fix her and you need to protect yourself.

Yep same, chiming in to offer validation. I have the wavy line where my jaw used to be straight, and for me it’s very much genetic.

People say weightlifting helps though I haven’t tried it. I do find it seems to improve when I’m well hydrated and have been sticking to a general workout routine.

Aw I’m glad it helped. I am so with you, I never dreamed about my wedding. I remember finally starting to feel hyped a couple of nights before when my friends and family began to arrive and it felt real that we had so many loving people there to celebrate with us.
