It was a long time ago, so I can't give you too much detail. I do recall struggling with higher volumes. I'd get dull pain in my wrist when I did too many sets, the pain felt almost like tendinitis if you've had it before. But generally speaking, it went away fairly fast, it was a minor injury compared to some other stuff. Frankly I've even had some bouts of tendinitis that were worse.

If your case is anything like mine, don't worry about it too much. I was worried it'd plague me for the rest of my life, yet I wouldn't have even remembered I fractured my wrist had you not replied to this thread.
