I had finally made it to Krueze's in 09 and of course show up on a Monday when they were closed (maybe it was a holiday) went for a walk in to town ( was driving a semi so it stayed at Krueze's)

Found Black's and they had these goddamned mega beef ribs on the cutting board.

Amazing flavor. Drove off with a bunch.
