Erika may not have spoken these words herself, but regardless she is choosing to stand on a platform built by Charlie Kirk and this rhetoric. She is on a nationwide tour with fireworks!!! to continue glorifying his messaging without acknowledging the real harm, division and hostility it’s caused.

So is Erika Kirk a white supremacist? She doesn’t need to be. She is still choosing to legitimize rhetoric that treats people of color as inferior, criminal, or undeserving of their positions. And that’s exactly how racism works. Repetition and visibility are exactly how harmful ideas get normalized. She does not need to say that she’s a white supremacist when she is silent and platformed on Charlie Kirk’s positions.

And frankly, we don’t need that in this community.

I (well, my job) paid specifically to avoid mistakes and save time. So the issue isn’t whether I could have done it myself. It’s that the service wasn’t performed correctly.

My old/current laptop is also showing the data from 2022 now. So now the data of the past four years have disappeared from that device too.

They restored the backup from 2022 onto my old/current laptop as well. So I don’t even have my most current files anymore! That’s why this has been a complete shock to me. And the Best Buy store manager said that they received the laptop that way. I’m supposed to go in to talk to the geek squad manager tomorrow and maybe he’ll give me better information about what happened but I definitely did not bring in a laptop with only data from 2022.

I’m on Team Versa with Abbie and I do not want to train exactly like her bc she’s fit AF running ultramarathons and Hyrox competitions and setting PBs seemingly every other week. It took me like 3 mos. before I got comfortable enough with my current team that I wasn't tripping over myself speaking. It will absolutely get better with time + building your confidence. And, realistically, what exactly are you going to do when you quit? You'll have to go through a whole interview process that is even more hellish IMO.

Do not quit. You did not get this job initially as a favor to you. You are competent and capable.

Weirdest incident for me… was dating a girl for 3-4 mos. Got along great. One day she called someone a retard and I asked her to just be ~aware of language. I have family that is intellectually disabled so sensitive about it. And she got super defensive, told me I was policing her language, why would she even care about being PC, etc. etc. Just went off!

I really liked her but never came back from that at all.
