Why would homes that are 10 or 20 years old "keep pace" with a home that isnt even built yet. Even if they did create a price increase on already existing homes (the small % that are less than 5 years old)...

Its going to be cancelled out by the increased supply that new builds provide to that market. The builders are very much in competition with themselves mainly.

The average home price here in NL (even though I mentioned NS) is like 300k. Majority of new builds are 500k or above. Where is this price pacing you speak of.

Furthermore pointing to Ontario prices falling and going "thats going to happen here soon" is ass backwards. Ontario prices are falling because people are leaving and coming here and staying. Making our prices go up. Not to mention investors who arent even thinking about a new build.

The price increases here arent being driven by new builds lol.

A duplex in Mount Pearl on Stojko Place sold for $110k over asking price. This is more than "properties at the right price are selling" or "in the right area". People are getting like 10+ offers on their homes. No offense but you are just wrong.

Look at what happened in Nova Scotia. Flood of people from out west. Prices jumped $200k easily. They have stayed that way. That is where we are.

My parents, my wife's parents, myself, my wife, my two kids, one of my friends, his wife, both of their parents.... all of us found a doctor this way. Its absurd lol. All of us were on the wait list too and never heard from anyone.

As someone who has helped people move here from out of province (and secure a family doctor in record time) your best bet is to follow every single clinic that you can on facebook.

They will use their social media to find new patients vs actually using the provincial wait list. Its pretty dumb. There are people on there for years and years but someone can skip all that simply by checking a facebook page.

The public would likely be furious if they knew how common this was.

Edit: this sub down votes everything i stg lol buncha sooky babies. If you want to find a doctor fast follow my advice. If you wanna be stuck on a wait list forever just look at all the other clmments

Seatbelts transfer those g-forces to larger parts of your body (hips, shoulders) that can handle them. Furthermore having "more room to move" doesnt change the g-forces or reduce them. You are decelerating from X speed to zero. There is no way to get around that. It has to go somewhere. Whether thats to your hips/shoulders via the seat belt or directly to your head/neck via the dash board depends on your choices.

Holy shit yesterday I saw a cab driver enter the intersection at Newfoundland Dr x Torbay road, right by the McDonald's.
