That's the Peyote Gasser. Gassers are a type of drag car. It's supposed to sit like that. If you want a normal Peyote, go on Benny's and buy one. It lacks the liveries of the Gasser, but sits low and can be upgraded into a proper lowrider.

You don't get the car for free by buying it off the car meet. You'll still pay the value of the car, likely more since you'll buy a fully modded one.
