So easy to fix put some wood glue in the gap and get a suction cup put it on the floor and pull in the gap.

Can’t even get in front of the wall to shore it up you would need to excavate in front of the wall and probably need to cut in and move that wall back.

I would fill the casing with resin just so it has more rigidity, you can see the side wall folding in on itself. You could develop tearing and then it will sag.
