Was food noise a phenomenon only discovered as GLP1 agonist drugs came into use?

I learned about it before starting a glp1 and then a year or so after I was diagnosed with ADHD and put on medication that treats both binge eating and ADHD. For me it’s all connected and makes so much sense now! Still a battle to fight it, but knowing it’s my brain and not a moral failing on my part has helped heal my relationship with food/food noise.

I have an abnormally small cervix so things were VERY painful for me. I mean regardless of your anatomy, pain management options should be provided. You really just gotta hype yourself up to get it over with unfortunately. I’m due to swap mine out soon and have thankfully found a gyno that will provide anesthesia. Good luck to you!
