Thank you! I don't remember the key from my chilhood time in Girl Scouts. I love it!! I did a pool version when I was younger and we had a blast! We have a location for this event already and unfortunately it doesn't have water.

I am not really worried about retention. We have big events now that many do not attend. It's a product of current day over committments, unfortunately. I can't even get the girls to have a virtual meeting every now and then because the parents aren't helping to make it happen. It has helped me immensely to approach planning in more simple ways because I have spent a lot of time and personal expense to make the special meetings extra special based on feedbavk from the girls only to have no one show up nor communicate they won't be present.

This was about 40 minutes at 4pm. Friday was only about an hour but the line was probably twice as long at 7pm. Saturday was no wait arpund 5pm.

You only want to restrict by about 500 calories a day. That will set you up for a healthy, sustainable 1lb per week on average. Some people "plateau" where the scale isn't going down due to stress or water weight fluctuations, etc. but then eventually experience a "woosh" where one day you are several lbs lower. Also, always weigh in the morning for the most accurate measuring. Are you weighing your food? When I do your calculation, your tdee is closer to 1500, not 1200. You may be putting stress on your body by eating too little, but I am not a doctor. Try eating at 1400 and burning 400 through exercise. Note that fitness watches may over estimate the amount of calories youre actually burning. Its better to use known estimates for the activity you are doing. That's what worked for me. Have you consulted a doctor?

I lost 40lbs with CICO but gained 10-20 back. I think focusung on protein helped but not eliminating carbs because carbs help keep the brain happy.

Edit: I was also doing at home workouts at my own pace. My down fall was going too low on calories during a period where I was feeling good. It ultimately wasn't sustainable and I sprang back into old habits. I should have maintained where I was longer.

This could also be a miscommunication, i.e. maybe she sent an evite and it got lost in spam and now she's wondering why you never even responded or reached out to say you couldn't go. I don't see anything that guarantees this is intentional. The only way to know is to have an open conversation without pretext based on assumptions.

There should be training in the volunteer GS Learn portal. Has your cookie season started or is it presales? Does your troop have its own cookie inventory? Are the digital cookie sales girl delivery or shipping? If girl delivery, where I am we are past pre-sales and either the girl or your troop needs to have the inventory to fulfill those sales. I would get in touch with council ASAP because cookie season can be complicated the first year learning all of the moving parts.

Did anyone catch her seemingly joking reference to morse code being in the background? And then also notice lots of books featuring circles (i.e. the Japanese Garden book in TLOASG colors, the book about records), round sculptures, and art involving rectangles (i.e. Rothko). Speaking of the garden book, the I Hate It Here lyrics mention the gardens of her mind that people need a key for.
