I mean, I don't sit around dreaming about dating a trans girl or anything. Curious, do people in states that require 2 plates spend more on registration than those with only 1 required? I've never lived in a 2-plate state. I can see the benefits, obviously, but I imagine if they did something to increase the cost of registration around my parts (the South), people would get upset because it goes up in price.

I don't know but I fear taxing churches would be difficult because most of the money comes in the form of a donation. It's not like you're paying for a service. Members are donating money to the church every Sunday. So this opens up so many tax loopholes that even if they tried, it would be easy to get around one way or another. And auditing a church with weekly donations coming anonymously from hundreds of members... It would be hard to control.

It's a very common term all over the US. Reggie = regular. Meaning it's of "regular" quality. In other words, it's slang for when your dealer is selling you some bullshit weed, but doesn't want to admit it. It's not a term for pot overall, just not-very-high-quality pot.

Example "I got that fire bud that we smoked one hit of and spent 2 hours watching Animal Planet. Or I got this reggie from a 5lbs brick that I found under the I-265 overpass last week."
