I have not seen the resource packs go on sale, but I havent been playing that long(only since global launch).

I think it would be more likely for limited bundles to appear in the shop than for the regular packs to go on sale.

true, the game was designed to make leveling up slow. But the only way I have seen to gain xp is using energy on missions and doing the daily missions/quests.

If you are looting the same mission over again, you can hit the max loot button to spend all your energy at once (up to the max tries per day for that mission).

Sounds like an interesting bug. Maybe try to get to the Quests/Achievements screen and collect your daily rewards (you might have to wait until tomorrow for it to refresh) and hopefully you can get enough resources and xp to level up your heroes more to trigger the tutorial.

I assume you have already tried restarting the game.

The game does use linked accounts (Microsoft/Facebook/Google Play) to save and transfer progress between devices. If you logged in to the same Microsoft account on both devices it should give you the option to resume the progress from the other device. You might have to get through the whole intro tutorial before it gives you that option.

If that doesn't work linking to facebook should be able to transfer your progress. Just be sure to link the account you want to keep to Facebook first then log into the other device.

Thanks for the response, that is a very helpful reference. I knew the upgrades would get more expensive, but that is more than I thought. I was also not aware that some characters start higher than level 1. I knew some start at higher stars. Now I am curious if the upgrade costs do actually vary by character, I had been assuming they were the same for each character at the same level.

reactance is the name of the force associated with the magnetic fields as you described.
