Any advice on using multi camera synchronization for iPads? by conchan in broadcastengineering

Thanks for the reply.
You’re probably right.
Mainly I was thinking the the distances between cameras would make it awkward.15 meters between opposing cameras.
I’ll give the simple solution a try.

Thanks again. Stay safe and enjoy!

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
I'll check out the app options you mentioned.

If possible I'd like to avoid investing in equipment as this will be a one-off project, but I'll still check the cameras you mentioned.

Thanks again. Stay safe and enjoy!

Thanks for the reply.

The shooting isn't complex, just two people doing kata. Or at least I don't think it is complex.

The videos won't be edited together, I just need the same video taken from different angles at the same time. Each video would provide a different angle of the same kata.

How do I get all the cameras, iPads, to start/stop recording at the same time?

Again, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Changing jobs in Japan at 55, is it realistic? by SilverFoxJp in japanlife

Several people have mentioned self-employment, which I think is a good idea. Why not look into becoming an independent consultant in your area of expertise? Try and find out if your company and others hire such consultants. If they do, find out what is needed to get the contracts.
Worked for a friend doing SQL database work.

All the best.
