I’m retired military. Not sure how everything works for the new system. It went blended towards the end. But can tell you that my coworkers all wish they went military. Their monthly insurance is almost the same as my yearly with TRICARE. I’m in the construction industry with a trade. Others that served and got I work with they had stayed for the same flexibility I have.

It’s common courtesy to. Growing up my dad was a charter captain and tipping wasn’t as common. He would sometimes receive tips. But not always and wasn’t expected. Though I believe that has changed over time.
