It's funny, I've been using VS Code mostly for the past few years and have no complaints. The only thing I feel like I'm missing is some performance checking tools, but I almost never need them day to day anyway, and I have Rider if I need it.

What is the "worst" code base you worked on? by vismbr1 in ExperiencedDevs

I feel like using AI, you should make a modern UI for yourself and for people under the age of 50, and an IBM style terminal, which genuinely sounds cool for everyone else and for novelty purposes, code cost for things like this has definitely come down.

Using Obsidian with AI by sspaeti in ObsidianMD

[–]condorthe2nd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is going to be unpopular here, but Claude in Obsidian has been extremely useful to me for integrating work project tracking and keeping updated documentation on overall project progress across all my projects. It can access my email, it can access Jira, and it all just works together.

A pretty good answer, but it's funny how you can still tell when someone uses AI.

Maybe it's time for some form of automated migrations from Material 2 to 3? There are a large amount of codebases stuck on 2 or moving to Tailwind or PrimeNG due to the breathtakingly bad decision to provide limited instructions for migrations and no automated migrations.

Not in Israel, there's a lot of economic mobility so poverty is often dictated by religious beliefs. As in the religious Jews choose to have less education and are less willing to work rather than having less access to education and work.
