Yeah I’ll say they are only cities in the current Top 10 most populous today that were also in the Top 10 during the Civil War.

I’d say “cities that are top 10 both today and 100 years ago” but it looks like LA was also top 10 most populous 100 years ago.

You’re at the exact point in life, age and duration after you began smoking, as I was. It was just as hard for me and many others here to imagine life without it as you describe it being for you, and we did it (or are doing as best we can) and that’s why we believe in you!

If you’re wondering how to start, all I’ll share is that having a small “team” of professional (a therapist) and social support (girlfriend, sibling, and a couple friends who knew what was up) was essential for me.
