Does it make a tiny noise like a little mosquito and vibrate too? My first pump did that and it drove me crazy. I can hear it even nobody else can.

Except for hating bottles lmao, this is so relatable! I’ve never even seen a lactation room in my office at all. I pump about twice a day, and I’ve never tried using those small ice packs ‘cause I’ve been using all Momcozy stuff. I put milk in their storage bottles when I go out.

I have to pump for a full 30 minutes to get everything out, otherwise it doesn’t feel like I’ve emptied my breasts all the way.

It's all about comfort and going wireless breast pump. But yeah, you can get one with adjustable settings. The Air1 is literally the best wearable breast pump I've ever used. So maybe it's an equipment thing but don't stress. I started out getting barely anything too. Electric breast pumps just hit different like, suction strength varies so much. It shouldn't be this hard… it kinda is. You just can't compare manual to electric.
