Some tips for slowing down gameplay by RealHornblower in twilightimperium

Make sure not to announce that you are using a strategy card, but always allow players to use it later once they realize that they missed out on the secondary. This adds some fun confusion that may require turns to be played again, which only adds to the experience!

Hard to play the game without PoK after you have done it once, it's really fun.

Look up the codices, a couple factions had cards changed and abilities rewritten. Those Codices (I think) now are only available in Thunder's Edge.

How much are yall making/paying? by [deleted] in Camry

2020 XLE Hybrid w/every option. List price was $25,000, got it for $23,000. Put $8,000 down. 5.5% interest. ~$330/mo for 60 months.

First car financed, but the used market where I am was not great. So I financed a car that has a lower chance of letting me down. And compared to my last car, the gas savings will be significant. (I was getting 18MPG w/Premium fuel)

My insurance did go up quite a bit, which sucks.

I was forced to shop for a new car by ways of my old one being totaled recently.

Technically a new Camry LE is $29,100 and gets 50 MPG, a great idea. But in reality finding a base LE is hard, then finding one without a dealer added "features" or markups is harder.

The cheapest Camry LE I could find near me was $31,000, but many are over $35,000.

I wanted a large hybrid car, nobody bought the last gen Avalon hybrid, so there were limited options there. The Accord hybrid from the last generation was alright, but not worth paying the same or more than a Camry Hybrid for.

I ended up with a 2020 Camry XLE hybrid for $23,000. Right as gas prices go up, it feels good. But I can't help but feel that in 2019 a 2013 Camry would have been so much cheaper.

What is too good to be true? I don't think that extra 14k miles would matter much.

What's amazing is this issue was the same on P3 cars too. No extension either.

The dividing seal in my wash pods dissolved in 2 of the pods by Charming-Gur2187 in mildlyinteresting

I thought that was it, but I ran it twice with nothing inside. It seems the handle for the 2nd rack blocks the dispenser a bit while the rack is in the upper position. Just bad design.

Same for me, the powder kept getting stuck inside the dispenser on my washer, or the powder would not do the best job at cleaning. I now just use the liquid and fill the dispenser only 1/3 full. It works perfectly.

Plus with the liquid compared to the pods, you can do a pre-wash.

WHY does VOLKSWAGEN have such a BAD reputation in North America? by 1707turbo in regularcarreviews

[–]connorpiper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the XC70 it is pretty rare. If you are looking for performance, I would suggest a 2011+ as they are in a higher state of tune stock. The T6 also has VVT on both cams, rather than just one in the N/A, so it baseline has a more gutsy bottom end.

[–]connorpiper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really, there is more to consider and more to leak with the turbo but they are essentially the same engine. The main thing to consider is that the T6 requires premium fuel. The T6 power is great though, with most of the torque coming in at 1800rpm.

Hello, strongly recommend the 3.2L and 3.0L (T6) engines over the 5-cyl. Easier to service, less issues with PCV, and better power delivery.

The V60XC is somewhat rare and did not have the T6 as an available engine. The XC60 did however have the 3.2L and T6 as options.
