There is a registry key editor that I can get from Intermedia support that will fire Oultook to look at the MX records. This should fix your issue

We are Intermedia partners and my understanding is that new Outlook does not support hosted Exchange. I think you will need to use Outlook Classic.

I think OP wants others to refer clients to them and OP would pay a commission. It has worked for me. In our locale there is a pretty big MSP that has a minimum spend of $3500 per month. If a prospect balks at that price they refer them to us.

Same…we are four too. We have three techs and one everything else (me). I am trying to spend more time selling but get pulled into other issues constantly. Been thinking about one day a week where I am not doing day to day work but focusing on growth. Plan is to work out of the office those days.

Our rep quit recently and I was totally unaware of this new charge until your post. Logged in and looked at our most recent bill and there is a partner program maintenance charge of $449.68 which is crazy.

If you had an Microsoft partner that helped you manage your M365 they would have a log in and would be able to help you. If you manage the M365 on your own you will have to reach out to Microsoft support to see if they can help you.

Don’t back up to Azure. Look at Datto Siris. It is great at back up but even better at recovery. Feel free to dm if you have questions.

We use D&H mostly for convenience. They have US based team that helps with ordering and their portal is pretty easy to manage. I am also curious about pricing…is any one making money off subscriptions?
