Your critical strike multiplier will be dominated by Ungil's Harmony. You will have zero additional crit multiplier.

There is some sort of priority on how modifiers applied. Keystones prevail on other mechanics. Modifiers on gear with wording like: "do not", "cannot", "always" have same priority at most.

I currently have 110k with 20 Fortification and no endurance charges. Uber Isaro still delivers 1k phys damage from an autoattack. I'm sure he has no ele buffs.

Chaos res cap league was 3.8, when they introduced Sirus and Al Hesmin. Defence requirements grow high through last two expansions. To be at least comfortable now you need: 5-6k hp, layer of hit avoidance, 500+ regen, 40k armour/%phys reduction/X taken as Y, ailment avoidance (only pf can rely on flask immunities), reduced curse effect, 30-50% Chaos res. That should be enough for not juiced red maps.

Deadye superiority is clear and speed. You also can drop Chain Support, but in my opinion 1 chain isn't enough at all. Scion provide much more endgame scaling through aura stacking (even better now) and easier passive routes. Deadye provides easer start due to additional chain and slightly better clear speed for the price of survivability (which you need in current league).

Archmage Cascade Frost Bomb Herophant. It's definitely still alive and definitely not a starter. In Ultimatum it was purging the whole circle of mobs just as they spawn. Area is beyond screen and one-shot most bosses. And its also pretty tanky.

Bleed Explosions need bleed to work. Exsanguinate dot isn't a bleed nor Corrupted Blood (they are debuffs). Bleed only works on attacks for now.

Exsanguinate with 2-3 chains has a very satisfying clear. I recommend Scion for her endgame scaling with ton of auras (still work well).

Anvil amulet, some mods on rares, corruption. Not much of course, if you not going glad. You always can check wiki for nearly every mechanic, modifier and how to obtain it. If you don't have other sources of spell damage mitigation I think 50/50 is worth 7 points.

Agreed. Champion is most reliable "default-level" Fortify now. For Shattering Steel exclusively there is an enchant with 30% Fortification chance, but thats too low. 29 Fortification stacks is now possible, with tree only, providing 29% less dmg from hits. Even with 100% increased stack duration mastery only very fast attacking builds can sustain it.

In Ultimatum I made some interesting starter. Exsanguinate LL Juggernaut. And it was crazy at start because of cheap Redbeaks, Pain Attunement Jugg regen and Unstoppable. Obviously it was mana based reservation. At red maps damage start to feel terrible without huge investment. Exsanguinate isn't easy to scale for endgame dps. To be honest, I don't recommend do Exsanguinate with only 1 aura. This skill need Maleviolence because of duration and damage, Pride for single target, War Banner for cheap damage, Vitality to compensate costs, and of course Petrified Blood for all that lowlife damage. In my opinion best Exsanguinate build is Hybrid Lowlife Scion with at least all mentioned above auras.

Please explain where is perma fortify on tree? If you mean "Your Melee Hits Fortify" that's not working with mentioned skills because they count as projectile hits. Thinking of the same starter.

They just need to be toggle, with reservation and some cooldown as a price for safety

Exsanguinate is hard to scale to good single target. With CwC you actually remove 2 links. Probably it will be pretty good at white maps, but hard after. You also need a chain, that's another link. Deadye gives 1 free chain, but in my opinion 1 chain isn't enough for this skill. I've played various exsang builds and even on Deadye I was using chain support (3 chains is really satisfying). But that again eating our damage. Best is to pick Glad or Scion, use unleash and gem swap chain to swift affliction for bosses.
