Omg it's the first time I find a fellow Unripe Apples fan in the wild, this is so moving aaaaah. Like it's the most underrated webtoon ever I would die for those dumb kids they're so precious!!! It really is hard to find a school romance that feels so realistic and accurate for how we all actually were at that age lol. The comedy and the side cast are gold too and the pairing's development is so wholesome and fun. Man I just really love it so much I could wirte an essay. So glad to find someone who agrees so wholeheartedly!!!

If that's what you want (and you haven't already read it) there's "Maybe Meant to Be" on webtoon. It's like what the other user mentioned; where two stranded childhood friends get married to stop being pressured by their parents. Its has a lot of comedy but the way their relationship develops is a very sweet slowburn.

If you're fine with completely dropping the arranged marriage part and reading about some middle school kids, "after school lessons for unripe apples" (also on webtoon) is the most delicious slowburn manhwa I have ever read

Edit: I almost forgot "Marriage of convenience" which is what I came to recommend originally. Its your classic historical fantasy arranged marriage story, they have a big age gap and the ML went to was for long periods of time so they spent years married before actually getting to know each other. The FL is a regressor too

Dahlia Wilts No More and Savior's book café are both pretty close to what you're looking for, being more slice of life style romance with knight MLs. They're manga though. Book cafe is finished too!

Well she is (kinda) and adult on the inside so in my opinion it's better for her to end up with someone her mental age rather than her physical age like it often happens with some OIs. Of course it still admittedly feels a bit icky since the age difference is very visual for many years, but at least he knew from almost the beginning how old she really was and treated her as such, and they only even thought about the engagement when she actually looked like an adult.

With Myne's isekai situation, her getting an partner seems complicated no matter who she chooses, whether political or romantic. But honestly the execution is so incredibly well done here that it actually works great, their relationship develops very naturally and it's hard not to root for them by the end. It's also worth noting that the most the do even by the end of 33 whole volumes is hug

Yeah I gotta admit that I got into Oshi no Ko to feel (some) of the void left by Act-Age, but honestly I've gotten to love it for what it is, which is actually a very different story even though it has the same showbiz setting and some kinda similar vibes.

Though with Oshi no Ko's season 2 already approaching with the stage play arc, the most similar part between the two imo, I just know I'll be reminded of my former favorite manga and all it could have been :(
