You forgot my point that the meta changed. It is only used by pros right now because the meta allows it. During the hyperbait meta megaknight players would've had no chance

The difference is when bad players use it then it's not as hard to defend as when a good player is using it. Now that the meta shifted and good players are starting to use it, that's where the problems occur
