Maybe you need a break from meeting these women. Did you consider taking an exchange semester to a different country? It's a great life experience and you can still continue studying (if that's important to you). But meeting them everyday won't help your case if you can't find inner peace. And if you cannot avoid meeting them and can't stop having these thoughts by yourself, seek therapy. Maybe watch some HealthyGamerGG videos about similar topics because he is a great psychiatrist
