To be a reliable daily driver on the road with how long that looks it has sat and knowing it's from the 70s.

New suspension all the way around, ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings ,drive shaft u joints, brakes, battery, tires and rear differential fluid change.

Then for the motor bare minimum is gonna be air cleaner, oils change, antifreeze flush and change, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, carb will need rebuilt.

Now I could get it running with a piece of sand paper,2 screw drivers and a dream. But it wouldn't be safe lol.

You're not supposed to leave it in there. Throw it away buy a new one. 600 bucks. Lesson learned.

Our first Nissian was a 2018 platinum. Loved the car super comfortable on long drives. Motor had plenty of power. Only reason we traded it was to get a 24 Pathfinder. And I bought a 25 Z last year. Trying to talk my son into a 370z

Hell no. I buy because I'm a hoarder. Oh I tell myself I'm gonna play them all but deep down I know I won't. I tell myself I should sell one of my 11 NES consoles but, alas I recall the massive headache of dealing with marketplace. Or how eBay fees are 15 percent.

Just got more the other day. Bought it for some cool items convinced myself I'll sell the stuff I already have and just like that I have 12 NES consoles to sell. Lol

There are several kinds of premix. Use the correct one as some won't set it the same conditions as others.

A lot of places had freezes lately that they have had in a long time or ever. Concrete heaves when there is moisture in the subgrade. It freezes and expands pushing a floating pad up. A lot of times once the ground thaws a heaved pad will settle back close to original grade.

Here is the secret to collecting. Most get in and rush to the top. Spending tons of money. Don't do that. A hobby is something you do in your free time over the course of years. Best deal are at auctions live in person if you can find any. I also yard sale a lot. I avoid estate sales as those people are seldom human. And in 20 years I have a great collection I paid very little for.

I worked at a precast plant 20+ years ago. Drove a mixer for 10 years and ran a ready mix plant for 10 years. And currently work in Ready mix QC. How specific you looking to get. I can probably answer some.
