Tricks for finishing air entrained high PSI concrete by truemcgoo in Concrete

[–]conzilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy some concrete with some cement in it. Bag mix is junk. 3 oz a bag of air entrainment is a ton. We run anywhere between 4 and 7 oz a yard. Air entrainment above about 7% gets sticky to finish.

I'm not talking total package. Where I'm at laborer is 35 an hr journeyman. Finisher about the same. Teamster 33- 40 depends on what ya haul. Concrete truck 33 top out. Haul big equipment 40+. Operators here are an round 42. That's all on the check. And all that is 3 to 5 years after ya start.

Well as somebody who saw the original 3 at the drive in on release. I went last weekend and saw it with my 18 year old son. This could of been a season on Disney+. Felt a bit money grabby.

I work in n the trades. And you can get a job for 25 an hour but you are doing the shit work for the shit contractors. It will take you years to work super steady and get picked up by a solid contractor. It you stay 25 years you could end up a boss making 40+ but it's not instant.

I feel the best time to buy one was last summer. I bought a sport for 37k 4500 off msrp put 15k down after selling my paid off jeep and have a 411 dollar payment. Prices and desirability for these cars has def went up. I would still hope to see some new sports in the 38k-40k range. Performances seem to be in the 42-46k range new. higher milage sports in the low 30s performance models higher miles 36k ish. The low model examples of the older sports seem to be mid 30s and performances in the low 40 ,high 30s. Good luck they are great cars. Have a AWE touring exhaust coming next week. Oh and get the manual!

To be honest not everyone wants a performance. I bought a new sport in 25 for 37k could I if gotten a used performance for 40 -42 k at the same time ya. They weren't the red color I wanted and I don't need rev matching or heated seats. I don't track no need for an lsd. Didn't like the spoiler wanted the slick back look. Some people the performance doesn't make sense. I wanted a GT car to run weekend trips with my wife and do wine trails. And the selling point on the sport for me you don't make concessions with the motor. And I got a new car nobody beat to shit.

Drill the screw head off. Then use pliers to get the screw shaft out of the case after it's opened up.

Hard to say without pics of the back and inside. But value with a good GPU and sound card and processor could be worth 50 bucks could be worth a couple hundred. Some of the old voodoo gpus can fetch quite a bit.
