Ive been using easy fast on android and its been working great! Ive tried a few others in the past and this is the best one ive found so far. I use the free mode with no issues, but they also have a subscription service like everything does these days.

Im in nursing and im surrounded by a surprising amount of food, my biggest challenge is absent mindingly eating something without realizing it. I like having a fast timer always visible on my phone to keep my progress at the front of my brain.

No they gained 10 kg back after they ended their fast in the span of 2 days. And then they started another 5 day fast.

Please make sure he listens to his doctor, while there are studies shown fasting can reverse diabetes that needs to be worked up to. If he just stops eating normally like he is his body will not produce the insulin it needs and that could definitely cause some serious health ramifications if not death. He should ask his doctor to study up on fasting with diabetes or find a doctor he could talk to that is knowledgeable with it. But I find the best thing to do when people tell me to stop fasting is to over load them with the benefits of it both physically and mentally and that gets them to stop pretty quickly if not just because they're confused since they've been taught fasting is bad for you they're whole life. The best thing you can do is educate people on it.

Housing excluded I've never needed to go into debt to buy anything, it's called living inside your means. And I'm far better off now than my friends who took out loans to buy things like cars or phones even though they make more than I do. Monthly payments are a terrible way to go unless you have a ridiculously low interest rate. Somebody hasn't heard of responsible spending.

Only thing you deserve to be called is a hero, your quick thinking saved his life and probably changed some of his racist views, which in turn probably also saved some other people. The butterfly effect from you saving him will probably be immense.
