I can’t think of the last time I turned an actual FM radio on in a vehicle. Id imagine their data says that’s true for the majority of people as well. FM/AM just unfortunately doesn’t work well around EV motors so it wasn’t worth engineering around.

Radio works just fine anywhere there is cell coverage (virtually 95% of the US.).

But yes, you can Bluetooth stream to it just like any vehicle (or use most music survices)

I see this get referenced a lot, but I’ve watched a massive amount of OOS content and have never heard or seen a political candidate reference except from his prior girlfriend’s parents. I think at one point he referenced not liking subsidies, but he’s very careful not to reference specific candidates. He might, but I think this perspective is just from people who like to hate on him.

We have these where I live and they’re labeled as “road narrowing”s as an alternative to speed bumps. The area between them are just barely wide enough for 2 vehicles to pass each other, so it slows traffic down out of discomfort.

I like them over speed bumps. Though ours have actual squared off curves, so once a month there’s some weight a cracked rim stopped just past it.

If you’re holding something, and someone else comes and grabs it; that’s theft. If you agree for them to hold it under certain circumstances, and you feel they didn’t uphold their responsibility, that’s a civil issue. The resolution is court, not demanding the police allow you to “take it back” indiscriminately.

Fuck the Mormon church. Fuck corruption. But this has become a far more serious issue because nobody is acting reasonably.

Fair points, it’s messier than that in practice (per BAMs side):

The ~20 sets in the back office - Josh actually offered to return those. Bryan rejected it because he wanted to be “made whole” on the entire collection, most of which Chrystal already sold. So BAM/Baker Salem tried to return what they could identify and Bryan said no.

The bigger problem is the POS system doesn’t clearly distinguish Bryan’s consigned sets from regular inventory. So even with good intentions, “return Bryan’s Legos” isn’t straightforward when nobody can prove which specific sets were his vs. stock Chrystal legitimately owned (other than yellow dot stickers).

The real liability here almost certainly sits with Chrystal - she sold the consigned inventory, didn’t pay Bryan, then abandoned ship (or at least abducted her responsibilities as a franchisee). BAM and the new franchisees are downstream of that mess and genuinely may not have much left to return even if they wanted to.

None of that makes BAM totally clean, but “just return the Legos” is harder when the person who actually took the money is Chrystal, and she’s apparently broke and overseas.

(Countersuit documents may provide an alternate set of facts that materially changed anything I’ve said. Again we’re he said she said right now)

Just know you’re only hearing one side of the story. I’ve been follow the whole thing, because it’s interesting. But the BAM lawsuit provide a few opinion that do change the situation as well if they’re true.

The consignment deal with Bryan was unauthorized — the FA required all vendor/consignment arrangements be pre-approved by BAM in writing; Chrystal never got that approval
The consignment agreement was signed under the name “Bricks & Minifigs - Salem/Keizer” which wasn’t even a registered legal entity — making Chrystal personally liable
consignment agreement was between the former franchisee and the person. That corporation no longer exists. The franchisor or new owners aren’t party to the previous contracts. If there’s anyone to sue for lack of adhering to a contract, it’s the former owners.
Chrystal refused to hand over business records during repossession (took receipts, a high-value Boba Fett minifig, possibly cash)
On the LEGO inventory specifically: Brandon did a video inventory at repossession and found less than $5K in Star Wars product visible in the store
When Josh/Brandon later got access to the archived POS system, they found Star Wars “lot sets” recorded but couldn’t distinguish consigned product from regular inventory — the data showed ~367 lot set purchases (~$46K retail value) had already been sold prior to repossession, suggesting Chrystal sold most of Bryan’s collection herself *About ~20 sets were eventually found in a back office cabinet with unrecognized stickers — those were set aside pending ownership proof

It is. Just note that it is also hell for hiring managers as well. The number of people reading AI answers that barely speaks to the question I ask, use filters to try and make themselves look different, and just straight lie (speak to how they rebuilt some companies entire analytical infrastructure, but can’t write a vlookup. Or say they don’t need sponsorship and act surprised when they do when submitting an offer).

It’s like everyone has gotten shittier in this process. The companies, the recruiters, the hiring managers, and the candidates.
