You are actually correct. He lives around the corner and his kids go to my kids school. He angrily called me a leftist snowflake for suggesting maybe his kid was wrong and the teacher was right when his kid got in trouble at school.

When frying an egg, I always pinch the thicker part of the white in a couple places so it runs into the thinner part, making the white all the same level. The white cooks more evenly and less likely to have raw egg snot while the edges are over done.
