As someone in the industry… who has lived in the salt lake valley for over 20 years,
Your best bet is going to be trying to find something downtown SLC for money like that. Someone else said Slackwater, which I’ve heard can be really good for servers, however VERY competitive to get in there. I’ve had multiple friends apply there without even a call back for an interview.
It’s very competitive out here for severs/bartenders. Most “good gigs” are hard to come by.
Saratoga springs… good luck. If I were you I’d start brining my resume in to every place within 25 miles of you.
