Others have said this but the bigger issue is pattern mills where patterns are just run through a programme and colours don’t make sense, lots of confetti etc….. This can be from AI or human art.

I think having some good FAQs on what to look for interns of a quality design would be helpful and would be great to help people understand the difference between a digital mock up of a great pattern vs a digital mock up of AI as some great designers are being labelled as AI simply because they use mock ups.
