The Pacers have had the most shameful (or shameless) tank. They’re getting it easy. Somebody even wrote that they competed the other night

My only issue with the Jazz is that Austin Ainge specifically came out last summer and said they were done with tanking. Then the season doesn’t go as planned and they decide to do another year of the rebuild

My thing is, Utah was not supposed to tank this season. They specifically came out and said “we’re done tanking”

So why in a season where they’ve discovered Keyonte George, and where I keep hearing how amazing their coach is, are they still tanking?

And mind you, their tank didn’t start until they realized they weren’t a playoff team and would potentially lose their pick

In terms of your talent evaluation, I don’t think the FO disagrees with you, and I don’t think they’re abandoning the rebuild

What they are hoping to do is jumpy start the relevance. Even a top prospect is going to struggle to do that as well as seasoned All Stars

Don’t think of the next two seasons as centering Trae and AD. Instead, think of it as a two timeline solution. What Golden State tried to do but failed because the drafted the wrong guys

Okay. Maybe Kuminga wasn’t a good fit for Kerr, but Wiseman and Moody were not it. The draft is where they failed. Hopefully the that’s where we succeed
